Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on national averages for Registered Behavior Technicians in the United States. Benefits include up to 25 paid holiday and personal days off in year one, a bi-weekly bonus incentive, and comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.

Job Description

As a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician, you will work as a valued member of our therapy teams to provide individualized services to children with autism, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

  • Provide individualized therapy services in a 1:1 teaching format to children with autism in a school setting.
  • Support clients in the Methacton school district.
  • Assist in the implementation of positive behavior support plans, IEPs, and/or 504 plans utilizing ABA principles in the school setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor or Associate Degree in behavioral health, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various schools within assigned regions.
  • Prior professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting is a plus.
