Job Overview

Metropolitan Veterinary Associates is seeking an experienced ICU Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a Veterinary Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional medical care to critically ill patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU ward
  • Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration
  • Collaborate with Critical Care specialists and Emergency doctors to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Administer medications and perform various treatments as needed
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a veterinary technician in specialty practice
  • ICU experience preferred
  • CVT/LVT/RVT certification current or highly regarded; VTS Certification highly regarded
