Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar
  • At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
  • Excellent written/verbal skills
  • Spanish speaking is a plus

Benefits:

In addition to competitive salary, the firm offers various benefits including health insurance coverage options through major carriers; dental/vision/life/disability insurances plan also provided along with paid vacation days off on a yearly basis.

Compensation:

  • Base: $85k - $100k
  • Bonus: Monthly commission & annual performance bonus (up to $25k)
