Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the store.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a management or leadership role in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
