Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the overall operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and basic PC knowledge.
