Work Environment:

This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days on-site each week. The candidate will oversee projects with budgets ranging from $600k to $8 million, primarily focusing on commercial retrofitting of air conditioning systems and HVAC installations in educational institutions, commercial properties, and government facilities. The role does not involve ground-up construction, and there is a significant backlog of projects planned for the future.
