**Job Description**

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping develop and maintain project roadmaps, scope, and capacity plans, as well as project task tracking. You will identify and address potential project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery. Additionally, you will guide communication between artists, engineers, project managers, and other partners, fostering collaboration and agreement on project goals and priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain project roadmaps, scope, and capacity plans
* Identify and address potential project risks
* Guide communication between stakeholders
* Facilitate team events and workshops
* Mentor and provide career management to individual contributors

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, in a technology or art environment. You should also have 2+ years of experience in people management. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Suite is required. Experience managing outsourcing teams is a plus.

**Location**
