Work Environment:
Work will be conducted in various resort outlets, including dining rooms and event spaces, as well as administrative areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a comprehensive inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is maintained.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local suppliers to enhance beverage offerings.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
- Oversee all facets of the beverage department, including selection, procurement, preparation, and service.

Qualifications:
Essential:
