Position Summary:

The Beverage Manager is the key authority responsible for the strategic planning and management of beverage procurement and service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a comprehensive inventory of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is maintained.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local suppliers to enhance beverage offerings.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
  • Oversee all facets of the beverage department, including selection, procurement, preparation, and service.

  • Develop and update the beverage menu, ensuring a diverse selection.

  • Maintain documentation for drink recipes, including preparation instructions and cost analysis.
  • Analyze sales trends to adjust inventory and pricing strategies.
  • Provide ongoing training to staff on beverage preparation and customer service.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages served.
  • Address customer feedback regarding beverages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a safe and organized beverage service area.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate on special events and promotional activities.

Service Standards:

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
