Job Summary
The Janitorial Lead position is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our venues. This role involves supervising a team of janitorial staff, ensuring the quality of work, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate janitorial team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Inspect work performed by janitorial staff and provide feedback to management
  • Perform janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces
  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including theaters, restrooms, and guest common spaces
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed and assigned

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or maintenance role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
