The General Clerk III role at TeleSolv Consulting involves working with the Federal Government to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. As an Administrative Liaison, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in applicants, verifying their identities, and confirming required documents. You will also maintain up-to-date written information on program requirements and enrollment processes, assisting the general public and program members via phone or in person.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of general administrative experience with customer interface, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PPT, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio). A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and related undergraduate study may substitute for experience. This position comes with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
