Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to provide expert nutrition support and care to patients and staff at Bay Area Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized nutrition plans that promote optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide clinical nutrition support and care to patients and staff
* Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in clinical nutrition

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited college or university
* Completion of an approved coordinated undergraduate program, dietetic internship, or approved master's program with qualifying work experience
* Registration as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or eligibility for registration within 1 year
* Licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Oregon
* Current Driver's License or ability to obtain within 30 days
* Oregon Food Handler, Food Manager Certification, or ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

* One year of experience in clinical or community nutrition
* Certification as a Certified Diabetic Educator, Certified Oncology Nutrition Specialist, or Certified Nutrition Support Specialist
