Salary Range: $83,000 - $85,000

TouchPoint, Support Services, specializes in providing customer-centric support services in various sectors including healthcare housekeeping, laundry management, patient transportation, and food service. As the Senior Director of Retail Dining Services, you will oversee the management of multiple dining venues, including cafes and catering services, within a healthcare environment. You will lead a team comprising one manager and 25 associates, offering competitive benefits, paid time off, and the opportunity for an annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the Food Service Department staff
  • Manage financial operations, daily activities, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and catering services
  • Direct the overall strategy and evaluation of the account
  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage team members
  • Prepare and oversee the retail budget
  • Implement company systems for reporting and food service standards
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, guidelines, and portion control
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Food Service Management or a related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • 5-7 years of operational management experience in food service
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills
  • Proficient in financial and budget management
  • ServSafe Certification
