Key Responsibilities- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the facts and make recommendations for action.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Saint-Gobain's policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure that investigations are conducted in a fair and timely manner.
- Prepare and present investigation findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, and provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
