Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Laurels of Willow Creek. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
  • Care for the guests' environment, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and clean living space.
  • Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring the guests' dignity and comfort.
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring the guests' nutritional needs are met.
  • Observe guests' skin and report any changes to a licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, providing emotional support and companionship.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Required CNA certification.
