Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Ciena Healthcare. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our guests, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to guests, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with eating and hydration, ensuring guests' nutritional needs are met.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Measure and record height and weight, intake, and output.
  • Observe guests' skin and report any changes to a licensed nurse, providing skin care as needed.
  • Meet guests' mental health and social service needs, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school graduate/GED
  • Required CNA certification
