Job Title: Technical Integration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Integration Engineer to join our team at One Inc Software Corporation. As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing seamless integrations between core insurance systems and our state-of-the-art payment solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing InsurTech company that is revolutionizing the insurance industry. As a Technical Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of One Inc products and acting as a subject matter expert for internal and external teams
  • Providing strategic technical direction to One Inc partners, advising on upgrade strategies, migration approaches, product end of life, and overall integration frameworks
  • Partnering closely with product to recommend best practices integration approaches for new core insurance providers
  • Leading technical deep dive discussions with engineering teams at core insurance providers
  • Providing architectural guidance on partner integrations and documenting recommended architectural approaches
  • Configuring partner environments and developing supporting assets for delivery teams
  • Providing ongoing testing and obtaining partner certifications, where applicable
Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
  • Ability to ask compelling questions, uncover common customer themes, and lead technical and project planning
  • Prior experience with large-scale, complex IT projects and implementations
  • Experience in advancing potential customer challenges before they become full-blown issues and coordinating mitigation
  • Ability to communicate at a technical level with engineering teams and simplify the message for business audiences
