Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to oversee integrations with our inventory/publisher partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the technical aspects of assigned partner integrations, providing necessary documentation and technical guidance, and serving as a liaison between our partners and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Integration: Oversee the technical aspects of partner integrations, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Documentation and Guidance: Provide necessary documentation and technical guidance to partners to ensure successful integration.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between partners and Engineering teams, facilitating communication and resolving technical issues.
  • Solution-Oriented Advisor: Offer solution-oriented advice to partners, helping them to understand and implement advanced engineering concepts.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new opportunities where our products can better help our partners' businesses.
Requirements
  • Technical Acumen: Strong technical problem-solving skills, including analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with large inventory partners.
  • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp and learn new technical subjects and explain them to others.
  • Influencing Skills: Ability to influence partners and advise them on the best possible solution.

Qualifications
  • Work Experience: 3+ years of work experience in a technical client-facing role.
  • Ad Tech Experience: 1+ years of Ad Tech or adjacent industry experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SQL, web technologies/web programming languages, and APIs is strongly preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrable creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in a fluid, fast-paced work environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Office, and Outlook is a must.
