Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market research plans to leverage consumer insights and inform brand direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Go-to-Market strategies and major market initiatives.
  • Lead the development of market research plans to ensure the direction of the brand is based on consumer trends and brand awareness.
  • Provide strategic briefs for Marketing Communications to develop mass and quarterly campaigns consistent with brand positioning.
  • Stay informed of current market trends and competitive developments to continually enhance strategic position in major markets.
Requirements:
  • College degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
Preferred Skills:
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a strong ability to ask questions and inspire others.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
