Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in the training and development of employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees to resolve conflicts and improve communication.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar HR role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
