Electronics Technician Role at Golden Technology

As an Electronics Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and repairing advanced electronic circuits and equipment, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic circuits and equipment
  • Operate a soldering and rework station to repair and maintain electronic devices
  • Train and mentor junior technicians on electronic repair and maintenance procedures
  • Lead a team to oversee and organize projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Perform electronic component replacement and upgrade
  • Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Load operating system software on computers, mobile devices, and update firmware as required
  • Update IP addresses and navigate enterprise software systems to ensure seamless integration
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory of parts and supplies
  • Repair and maintain mobile electronic devices, including tablets and handheld devices
  • Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose service issues and provide solutions
  • Utilize company email system to send and receive messages, and complete all repair, labor, and parts documentation in a timely fashion
  • Comply with all department and company policies and procedures
