About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Associate, Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team at Asurion. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing technical expertise to resolve customer issues with their electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices
  • Consistently sell the Connected Home product and provide technical support solutions to customers
  • Learn and apply the details of the Connected Home product and offer protection/tech support solutions to customers
  • Perform in sales, provide excellent service and technical/repair support, and create satisfied customers
  • Expand knowledge of ubreakifix products and culture
  • Deliver world-class customer service
  • Demonstrate ubreakifix Core Values in all interactions
  • Be responsible for inventory management
  • Organize same-day pick-up inventory, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and handing off packages to delivery drivers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver on programs/processes
  • Provide feedback on work instructions and improve process flow
  • Self-manage and set priorities while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • A passion for solving problems and delivering solutions
  • A love for people and the devices that enrich their lives
  • One or more years of customer service/retail sales experience preferred
  • A willingness to learn and leverage sales resources provided by Asurion
  • Reliable and flexible when it comes to dealing with difficult situations
  • The ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment
  • Motivated to meet and exceed evolving key performance objectives
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
  • Six months experience with product service support or electronics troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check including Criminal and Drug Test
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
