The National Safety Council is a leading nonprofit safety advocate dedicated to eliminating preventable injuries and deaths. We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to students, instructors, and other stakeholders through inbound calls, chats, and emails. Process credit card payments, enter student and class records, and maintain accurate reporting. Collaborate with the team to promote self-service options and customer engagement. Communicate effectively with customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

High school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience. Strong customer service and team orientation. Data entry accuracy and integrity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired. Experience with Microsoft Office a plus. Salary - $19.50/hr. This is a hybrid position with two days remote and three days in the office.
