**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Digital Strategy and Positioning to lead our self-service DSP business development efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, positioning our platform as a leader in the market, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of programmatic knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain AdTheorent's competitive edge.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive landscape analysis and refine the positioning of AdTheorent's Self-Service offering in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on strategic self-service DSP business pitches by supporting DSP demos, creating bespoke pitch materials, consulting on RFI/RFP responses, and business model support.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for new product releases in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Product Marketing.
  • Partner with the Sales team on strategic Self-Service client proposals.
  • Create immersive and informative platform demo experiences for prospects and clients.
  • Foster enthusiasm for the platform and promote key features.
  • Advocate and anticipate the need for new Sales materials and lead the production of new content, case studies, and positioning.
  • Consult with clients on use cases for new/upcoming features.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer inside AdTheorent, providing client feedback regarding the platform to Product and Tech teams internally.
  • Aggregate user experiences and feedback to shape platform enhancements.
  • Ensure client satisfaction in every engagement with AdTheorent's platform and team.
  • Craft POVs for internal and external distribution.
  • Analyze client investments, product performance, and feature adoption across self-service DSP usage to inform data-driven narratives.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years' experience in digital strategy and positioning within the digital advertising or DSP space.
  • Deep understanding of positioning and DSP features across major DSP competitors such as TTD, DV360, Yahoo, and Amazon.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and communicating with clients.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build professional relationships and work effectively across many distinct functions.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented attitude with the ability to assess problems and drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business and client needs.
  • Ability to bring organization and structure, while also being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and on a path that is yet to be paved.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to building a business from the ground up.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university is preferred.
