Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong community relations in the Eastern United States region, including State Medicaid and local health and human services municipalities.
  • Work with internal interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth transitions for community re-integration, post treatment.
  • Show proficiency in articulating facility services to potential referral sources, including State agencies, local hospitals, and local practitioners.
  • Be willing and able to perform onsite patient evaluations when needed and assist in gathering clinical information, both written and observed for clinical determinations.

Requirements:

  • Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
  • Three years' experience in referral development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or health-related field or five years' experience in healthcare with a proven track record in marketing development.
  • Current Driver's License or State-issued ID.
