Job Title: Physician Liaison

RTB & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Physician Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with referring physicians, enhancing communication, and increasing understanding of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Routinely visit clinics to provide updates and educational opportunities for OB/GYN physicians and their staff.
  • Coordinate activities with referring physicians to increase new patient volume.
  • Develop and distribute weekly/monthly reports on various activities/visits completed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be organized and possess knowledge and skills required for position.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving skills related to position.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills along with good communication skills.
  • Must possess a high level of independent judgment and accuracy.
Work Environment:
  • Must be able to drive a car. Additional travel required.
  • Sitting for long periods of time; minimum standing, and stooping.
  • Requires manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination for easy and skillful use of hands when filing, using the telephone, computer, and other office equipment.
