Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Synergy Companies. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
About the RoleThis outside sales position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our mission to drive growth and expansion in the energy efficiency and utility services industry. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support.
- In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives.
- Acquiring new business: Engage in lead generation by finding relevant prospects and engaging potential buyers, supplemented by our dedicated marketing team.
- Cross-selling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $120,000, depending on performance and commission structure. In addition to a lucrative commission structure, you also receive:

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, account management or related college major
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your time
- Entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of sales process
- Highly persuasive with honest work and business ethics
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Previous energy industry experience a plus
