Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our front office, ensuring the smooth operation of our filing and organizational systems, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Filing and Organizational Systems: Develop and maintain a clear and intuitive filing system, ensuring that all necessary documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Staffing Schedule Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance of staffing schedules, time sheets, and sign-in logs to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents and conversations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
