About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries with poise and efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our leadership team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including caregivers, family members, and community partners.
  • Organizational Systems: Implement and maintain efficient organizational systems, including filing, tracking, and project management tools.
  • Payroll and Billing: Assist with payroll and billing operations, including data collection, record-keeping, and audits.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management applications. Critical thinking, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
