We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

• Provide a positive member experience by greeting members, prospective members, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating new member sign-ups.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
