Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, collect, and prioritize requirements
  • Act as a liaison between the Product Owner and Technical team to produce clear business and technical requirements
  • Develop User Stories, Epics, and process flows
  • Perform manual testing of new software and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Develop Job Aids, SOPs for new software functionality
  • Develop training videos and conduct training sessions for end users
  • Assist with developing test scripts and test result reports
  • Support system integration, data transfer, and error handling operations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and a Bachelor's Degree (experience in lieu of a degree may be considered)
  • Strong experience writing User Stories
  • Experience working with Agile teams, Scrum, and Kanban Methodologies and ceremonies
  • Hands-on experience using Project Management tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide broad program support
  • Superior MS Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
