Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing Team at Tejjy, inc. in Maryland, USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Establish relationships with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
- Review and analyze purchase orders, sales contracts, and other agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the AEC industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or an Architectural degree is preferred.
- Experience in BIM/CAD domain sales is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in acquiring new customers.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and conferences.
- Target-driven, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
This is a full-time on-site position. Only candidates willing to relocate or commute to our Rockville, MD office are encouraged to apply.
