Customer Service Specialist

Our Team at TGI Fridays is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our To Go team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet guests upon arrival, ensure their dining experience is excellent, and bid farewell as they leave.
- Order Management: Promptly answer incoming calls, inform guests of current promotions, and accurately ring up orders in the POS system.
- Delivery Area Maintenance: Keep the delivery area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Ability to carry natural conversation with guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read menus, describe menu items to guests over the phone, and clearly communicate guests' needs to line cooks, servers, and managers.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to walk and stand during the entire shift, hear well in a loud environment, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
