Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at First Financial Bancorp, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed service goals and sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
- 6+ months of call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and internet browsers
