The Phlebotomy Specialist will be responsible for:

• Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
• Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness
• Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
• Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product
