Rental Sales Management Trainee

Ryder System is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rental Sales Management Trainee to join our team. As a Rental Sales Management Trainee, you will be responsible for handling sales and process for inbound calls, maintaining current and accurate data within the company's marketing database, and generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle sales and process for inbound calls
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar related degree
- One (1) year or more customer service experience with issues resolution
- Must be computer literate, intermediate required
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
