Compensation and BenefitsEstimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including company-supported medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees and their families, participation in our 401(k)-retirement savings plan with Company contributions, new home discount, 120 hours of paid time off for the first year, seven paid holidays, paid volunteer hours, Employee Recognition Program, and Employee Referral Bonus up to $1,000.

Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Director will lead the HR function, aligning HR strategies with our company's growth objectives. This includes developing and implementing HR initiatives that support growth and organizational development, championing a positive organizational culture, overseeing all HR operations, and driving operational efficiency by refining HR systems and processes. The successful candidate will also lead HR-driven change management efforts, ensuring that organizational processes are adaptable to shifts in business strategy, market conditions, or regulatory changes.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience. You should also possess HR certification (SHRM and/or HRCI) and at least 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role. A proven ability to integrate HR strategies with business goals and operational needs, experience with organizational development, talent management, and driving HR transformation in mid-to-large organizations, deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR technologies are essential.
