In this critical role, you will lead and develop a high-performing nursing team dedicated to psychiatric and behavioral health care. Your expertise in process improvement and quality management will enable you to drive clinical excellence and patient-centered treatment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and maintenance of clinical standards. A BSN degree and active, unencumbered Washington state nursing license are required.
