Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Patients: Create a positive first impression for our patients by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage Front Office Duties: Handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and processing insurance claims.
  • Utilize Dental Software: Proficiently use Dentrix to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and process insurance claims.
  • Communicate with Patients and Insurance Companies: Effectively communicate with patients and insurance companies to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Partner with the Dental Team: Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.

Requirements
  • Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to work in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.

  • Minimum 1+ Years of Experience in a Dental or Medical Setting: Previous experience in a dental or medical setting, preferably with experience in insurance billing and accounts receivable.
