Job Summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a skilled Building Engineer to oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of Class A commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the Building Automation System (BAS).
  • Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular building inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety systems.
  • Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and computer-based systems, including BAS and CMMS platforms.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $63,000 per year
