We are seeking a skilled Production Operator II to join our team at JobRialto. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting in-process tests, and troubleshooting equipment and product issues to ensure optimal production levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment to manufacture products from raw materials to finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and ensure data sheets on materials in process are up to date.
- Conduct in-process tests to verify that production meets required specifications, including hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content.
- Recognize equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies; troubleshoot errors to maintain optimal production levels.
- Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics accurately.
- Maintain running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.
- Match workload, staffing, and equipment capacity to existing inventory levels.
- Prepare and monitor master schedules in coordination with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel.
- Requisition materials based on determined delivery dates.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Ability to recognize the need for deviation from established procedures when necessary.
- Duties and tasks are varied and semi-routine, requiring the application of job skills and company policies.
