General Manager Opportunity at Learfield

Learfield, a leading media and technology services company in intercollegiate athletics, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Oregon State University property, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic business plans to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate sponsors and clients
  • Deliver on individual and team revenue goals through integrated marketing packages
  • Partner with Regional Vice President to develop annual fiscal budgets
  • Supervise sales team and ensure effective use of internal support groups
  • Recruit, manage, and train support staff and vendors
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in sports marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university
