Business Development Manager

FISHER-HALL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities
- Research and develop new business leads through B2B sales
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
