About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Vehicle Selection: Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Product Knowledge: Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Optional Equipment: Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Rapport Building: Build strong rapport with customers.
  • Presentation and Demonstration: Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
  • Objection Handling: Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Reporting: Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous dealership experience required.
  • Commission-Based Sales: Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
  • High Energy: Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Outgoing Personality: Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing.
  • Customer Service Skills: Have quality customer service skills.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills.
  • Driver's License: Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
  • Drug Screen: Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
