  • Deliver exceptional member service by conducting transactions accurately and assisting members with their financial goals.

  • Conduct member transactions, including loan payments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and SWBC payments.
  • Complete member requests, such as opening certificates of deposit, processing wire transfers, and ordering plastic cards.
  • Actively cross-sell credit union services by providing information to current, new, and potential members.
  • Consistently achieve established monthly and annual sales and service goals.
  • Refer members to appropriate positions and/or departments within Veridian Companies.
  • Maintain necessary departmental files and update member/credit union information as required.
  • Prepare and maintain reports as needed.
  • Maintain member confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide expert assistance with member inquiries regarding Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Remote Deposits, Bill Payment, and Remote Transfers.
  • Support members through problem-solving skills and utilization of resources in areas such as card services, rate inquiries, ACH, and Account Resolutions.
  • Utilize Member Contact Center software, including EchoSign, SWBC, Jabber, Cisco Agent, and ApplePay.

  • Proficient in Member Contact Center software.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and resource utilization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
