Key Responsibilities
Management Responsibilities (20%)
Oversee and develop the Client Solutions team:
- Supervise daily operations and performance of each Client Solutions Manager, including:
- Monitoring weekly activities and priority metrics.
- Ensuring adherence to Production Standard Operating Procedures (PSOP).
- Setting and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning.
- Act as a positive influence within the Client Solutions team.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Client Solutions division.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
- Participate in the internal hiring process by assisting in interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentoring for new team members.
- Support Managing Directors in daily meetings and weekly team discussions.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting and Operations teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Work closely with leadership to execute company-wide initiatives.
- Instill a sense of urgency around production activities at month-end.
Individual Contributor Responsibilities (80%)
Manage client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle:
- Develop and maintain new and existing client relationships through various communication methods.
- Promote all service lines offered by FTS.
- Expand market presence and generate new revenue opportunities.
- Engage in relevant networking events to enhance business development.
- Research and adopt new technologies to support business growth.
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of client initiatives.
- Provide consultative support to clients in identifying suitable talent for their needs.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure exceptional client delivery.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in a recruiting or staffing role.
