About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Service Consultant to join our team at Playfly Sports. As a key member of our National Sales Center, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets while providing outstanding customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales portfolio and attract new business leads
  • Sell sports and entertainment tickets to clients on behalf of Playfly Aspire
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and customers within our ticketing database
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential clientele
  • Accountable for daily sales activity and goals as directed by manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Ticket sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Previous customer service or retail sales experience a plus; display a genuine desire to help people
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Ability to work well with others and take initiative
