About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Club Wyndham OnShore Resort. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of our resort units, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to the highest standards.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a well-stocked linen room.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
