Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valet/Bell Attendant to join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Park and retrieve guests' vehicles efficiently, handling keys and personal items with care.
  • Provide attentive and courteous customer service, assisting guests with their belongings and offering information to create a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, maintaining order and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles, noting special requests and documenting relevant information for efficient retrieval.
  • Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a valet or bellman, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs.
  • Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
