Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Services Coordinator to join our team at JobsRUs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight of physician and advanced practice provider initial/provisional credentialing and reappointment processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in business administration or healthcare. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and secure databases, utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to evaluate and determine an applicant's eligibility for Medical Staff membership and privileges.

The Medical Staff Services Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring timely and satisfactory completion of mandatory educational and training elements, recognizing and investigating discrepancies and adverse information obtained from credentialing applications, and collaborating with medical staff leaders and senior administration.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Associates degree required
  • 1 year experience in medical staff services required
  • Experience in business administration or healthcare required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
