Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, the selected candidate will supervise staff and perform organizational HR duties, including processing and onboarding new hires, civil service title changes, and salary adjustments. The candidate will also coordinate New Hire Orientation logistics, review Comprehensive Personal Documents (CPDs), and manage outside employment, including dual employment and Conflict of Interest.

The selected candidate will liaison with DCAS and bureau HR staff to disseminate information while keeping apprised of rules, policies, and procedures. The candidate will also utilize NYCAPS, PMS, PRISE, CRM, and PBI to manage and coordinate release requests from other city agencies, manage finger printing appointments and logistics, as well as medical and drug screening appointments.

The ideal candidate will possess a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty.
